Seattle Cocktail Week is a week-long festival celebrating the Emerald City’s cocktail scene with the following ingredients in the mix:

Cocktails are clearly the pièce de résistance of the festival and our participating locations across the city will be featuring their very best. Each location will be offering up to three special featured cocktails during the week. Designed to incentivize Seattleites to get out and try new places and spirits while they discover how amazing our city’s cocktail scene truly is.

Our “carnival of cocktails” is the Saturday spot to be. Cocktail District is a ticketed event where attendees will come for all of the fun of cocktails and leave as educated consumers with affinity to our participating brands. With special spirits inspired areas, food trucks, a demonstration stage, and so much more, this event is designed to delight the cocktail curious.

Cocktail District attendees will be able to purchase everything they taste to take home. Our event’s retail store, run by our charity partner, will allow attendees to purchase online at your tasting table and pick up their purchase as they leave.

Working in collaboration with our participating brands and locations, Seattle Cocktail Week will offer up both consumer and industry focused educational events.

Together with our partners, we will be hosting fun and engaging events to get Seattleites excited about all things related to cocktails. With masterclasses, pop-up dinners, bar takeovers, parties, and more - there is an event for everyone, amateur to expert.


Seattle Cocktail Week participants are well educated, sponsor savvy, sponsor friendly, and have a high disposable income. The week-long festivities provide opportunities for everyone from the cocktail curious to seasoned industry professionals.

We are proud to announce that our 2019 beneficiary will be Seattle-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, The World is Fun.


In their nine year history they have given back over $1.8 million in volunteer service to the Seattle community while working with over 150 local charitable partners, as well as made a positive impact across 17 cause areas that include:

The entry point for all participating brands is participation in the Cocktail District event. You can participate in the event through a six foot tasting table (beverages only) or an activation space (10’x10” and up). Your participation will include:

  • Your reserved space at the event. You can reserve space in the following areas: Whiskey, Tequila/Mezcal, Tiki, Gin, Vodka, Specialty, and our Activations Area.

  • A branded event page on our platform that will allow participants to learn about your brand, and purchase retail from anywhere in the event

  • Inclusion of up to three branded cocktails in our Cocktail Library

  • Access to our Collaborations Board designed to connect brands and location for the curation of amazing events and opportunities during the week

  • Inclusion of your events on our platform where we will market and promote the fun that you create

  • A brand listing on our event guide


Demo Stage Sponsor
Located in the heart of the event, the Demo Stage will feature short content cocktail presentations, competitions, and more. As the Demo Stage Sponsor, your brand will be the title sponsor, have control of between programming screen content, and more.

Cup Sponsor
Get your brand into the hands of our 6,000 event attendees. The Cup Sponsor will have their logo printed on our mini-cocktail cups at the event.

Wristband Sponsor
Have your brand’s messaging printed on the 6,000 satin wristbands for the event.

Drink Ticket Sponsor
Allow us to print your messaging on our custom made drink ticketing system’s tickets. The perforated ticket square will be designed with your brand’s logo and messaging.

Guide Sponsor
Our Guide Sponsor will receive the only ad space in our 8 page event guide with full page ads on the back cover and inside cover.

Volunteer Sponsor
Our Volunteer Sponsor will get their branding on the official volunteer shirts for the event which will be worn on the 200+ volunteers around the venue.


Bartender’s Brunch - Held on Sunday. March 10th at The Collective in South Lake Union, his brunch will be a ticketed food and drink event for 60. The sponsor will work with The Collective to curate the food and drinks offered at the event and will have the option to distribute the tickets to the event or have them available for sale. The Collective is private, members-only club. Sponsorship includes an extra area where a special activation could be done during/before/or after the brunch.

Drunkin’ Donuts - Experience donuts like you’ve never experienced before. Imagine a whiskey inspired creme filled donut with a coffee liqueur inspired icing, a bourbon maple bar, or a ghost pepper vodka chocolate frosted. This is a unique opportunity to do a public activation in a busy urban area. Donuts will be sold individually as well as in a box of 12 – and we will be offering pre-orders to increase sales. Participating brands work with our donut designer to develop a donut to be included in the pop-up. This will include your branding on site, on the event materials and online promotion, branding on the Facebook event, and small activation space at the event in Seattle’s Westlake Park. 5 Available

F%$# the Mule - this event will bring the best bartenders together as they compete for who can make the best, altered take on the Moscow Mule. The competition, run much like a master chef challenge, will have some of Seattle’s best bartenders scrambling through the pantry as they come up with new versions of the traditional mule. This turn key event has the venue, and the plan – it just needs your brand.
