Corvus and Co. is the vision of owner / bartenders Paul Berryman And Izzy Guymon. Paul and Izzy met at Percy's and Co., Paul bartending and Izzy working as General Manager at the much acclaimed cocktail spot. With a friendship forged in booze, food and good times, the pair set off to build a place of their own, a neighborhood joint that showcases exemplary cocktails and levantine influenced cuisine.
