THE PISTACHIO FLIP
1.5 oz. OOLA Gin
.5 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
.5 oz. Pistachio milk*
a dash of Scrappy's Cardamom Bitters
a whole egg
Dry shake all of the ingredients for 20 seconds until everything is blended well. Add ice and continue to shake until the outside of the shaker is cold. Strain into a coupe glass. Enjoy!
1 cup whole unshelled pistachios
1 cup simple syrup (1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water)
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend well. Strain through cheesecloth to remove particles.
