SAFFRON BEE'S KNEES

INGREDIENTS

2 oz ESP Noho Gin

.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

.75 oz Honey Syrup

DIRECTIONS

Shake Ingredients over Ice. Strain and pour into a chilled glass.

Honey Syrup:

Combine equal parts Honey and water. Stir until dissolved. Will keep for up to 2 months refrigerated.
