INGREDIENTS

1.75 ounces of bourbon

4 ounces gently warmed Timber City Original Ginger Beer

.5 ounce honey vinegar (We recommend Seattle Urban's Honey Vinegar)

.5 ounce local Washington honey

2 ounces hot water

1 chamomile tea bag

1 slice lemon

3-5 cloves

DIRECTIONS

Add bourbon, warmed ginger beer (never boil, always simmer), honey vinegar, honey, water and tea bag, stir into a mug of your choosing, stick cloves in the rind of the lemon, and garnish with the clove/lemon slice
